To help you maintain quality food products, HTI Plastics has the most complete line of bone discs for use by the food processing industry. Throughout the United States and Canada, our high quality products are used to cover open bone ends in hams and other meat cuts. This allows you to eliminate packaging problems incurred with shrink wrap plastic over sharp bone edges and fragments.
In addition, our bone discs help form an air-tight seal between the packaging and the bone marrow, helping to reduce potential spoilage. We produce each bone disc to exacting specifications using virgin grade polyolefins. We follow strict FDA guidelines and GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout our facility. In addition we are registered to ISO9001:2000 quality standard system.
