At HTI Plastics we offer a variety of washers and encapsulated bolt products to meet customer specific requirements. As with any of our products, adaptations can be made by our in-house tool and design group to tailor a product that meets your specific needs. We possess the capability to co-engineer your product, from concept to final design. Having all these capabilities under one roof allows us to maintain strict quality control from start to finish. SEALING WASHERS Two styles available: Flat or Shur Seal. Our "Shur Seal" design provides a moisture proof and air tight seal. When installed the special seal design extrudes around the bolt and within the hole. It doesn't creep after installation even at high normal ambient temperatures. It won't rust or allow adjoining surfaces to rust or corrode. It provides an internal and surface seal against intrusion of moisture and air.We typically use HDPE, nylon or TPR materials; however, we can produce washers in a variety of colors, sizes and materials. Washer sizes include: 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" and 1/2". ENCAPSULATED NUTS AND BOLTS We use customer supplied bolts and encapsulate them in a variety of sizes, materials, and colors to meet our customers specific needs.
